- INITIAL INQUIRY
- Start by filling out the contact form to introduce yourself and tell me about your fitness goals. All inquiries will be responded to within 24-28 hours.
- SCHEDULE FREE CONSULTATION
- We’ll schedule a phone call or in-person meeting to discuss your background, objectives, and determine if my approach aligns with your needs.
- ASSESSMENT & GOAL SETTING
- Your first session includes a comprehensive movement and strength assessment. This establishes a clear starting point and helps identify any limitations or opportunities for focused development.
- PROGRAM DESIGN
- A structured, personalized training plan is developed based on assessment results and stated goals. Consideration is given to lifestyle, capacity, and recovery needs to ensure the plan is both realistic and sustainable.
- ONGOING TRAINING & ADAPTATION
- Training sessions are delivered with attention to form, progression, and long-term development. The program is adjusted as needed based on performance and feedback. Open communication and individualized support remain central throughout.
